Yasemin Minguzzi addresses Erdoğan in video shared from front of her home: 'Please hear our voice'
Yasemin Minguzzi, the mother of Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi who was murdered in Kadıköy, addressed AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in a video shared on her social media account. Stating that she has been receiving death threats, mother Minguzzi said, "My son's killers are free. My little nieces and nephews are being followed all the way to their schools. Please hear our voice."
Yasemin Minguzzi, the mother of Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi who lost his life in Kadıköy, Istanbul, on January 24, 2025, announced the pressure and fear they are experiencing to the public through a video shared on social media. In the video she filmed in front of her own home, Yasemin Minguzzi stated that the people who killed her son are free and that her family is constantly receiving threats.
Stating that a police vehicle has been waiting in front of her door for security purposes for about a year, Minguzzi expressed that she still does not feel safe despite this. Mother Minguzzi described what they are going through with the words, "My son's killers are free and I am constantly receiving death threats. My little nieces and nephews are being followed all the way to their schools. This police car has been in front of my door for about a year. Last night, the killers even went live on TikTok. Please hear our voice. It has become unbearable."
