Yeliz Kaya's prosecutor testimony: Haluk Levent used me, I was ruined because of his debts
Yeliz Kaya, the assistant to Haluk Levent who was detained as part of the investigation into the AHBAP Association, claimed in her prosecutor testimony that money transfers and real estate transfers made through her bank accounts were carried out under Haluk Levent's instructions, stating, "Haluk Levent used me. Because of him, I became indebted to banks, and my credit cards are maxed out."
The prosecutor testimony of Yeliz Kaya, the assistant to Haluk Levent who was detained as part of the investigation into the AHBAP Association, has emerged.
Stating in her prosecutor testimony that she was an insured employee, Kaya claimed that she used all her bank accounts under the direction of Haluk Levent.
Kaya stated, "I am an insured employee. I used all my accounts by performing the transactions that Haluk Levent told me to. My only relationship with Berkant Acil consists of sending money again under Haluk Levent's instructions. I have no connection with Ahbap. I do not know its internal operations. The money transfers made through my account with the Ahbap Association were carried out entirely under his instructions."
"Haluk Levent signed the checks"
Claiming that the signatures on the back of the checks did not belong to her, Kaya said, "Haluk Levent signed the checks issued in my name on the back as if they were my signature. In fact, the signature he used is not even my signature. That is why they collected the checks from the market anyway."
"I transferred the real estate to people he owed"
Making a statement regarding the real estate transfers, Kaya claimed that the transactions in question were carried out under Haluk Levent's instructions, saying, "I transferred the real estate to Esin Önder Çağlayan, to whom Haluk Levent owed money. I also transferred them to other people he told me to. I do not know the people I transferred them to, but he had told me he owed them money. He took them in my name because he could not take them in his own. He used me."
"I became indebted to banks because of him"
Kaya said, "I am in a very difficult situation, I am under arrest. Haluk Levent ruined me because of his own debts. Because of him, I became indebted to banks, and my credit cards are maxed out."
