The Federation of Idea Clubs shared a post on their social media account stating, "We are calling out to the administration that has set its sights on our right to education. We know that the penalties imposed are nothing more than a policy of intimidation.

We will not be intimidated by this oppressive regime. We will continue to raise our voices for our rights.

Join the FKF to fight against this oppressive regime that is dragging us into darkness and despair! YILDIZ IS OURS, THE COUNTRY IS OURS," the students also held a press conference.

Starting their statement with the words, "The investigations are yours, the struggle is ours," the students expressed the following:

"Our fellow students, who were investigated for the protest we held at our school in February against the exorbitant cafeteria price hikes, have been given a two-week suspension.

The administration, which turns a blind eye to the protests and activities of pro-government groups within the school, is depriving students who organized a protest for the most basic right—the right to nutrition—of their right to education under the pretext of 'disrupting the functioning of higher education.'

We do not accept that the appointed rector, who hands over public resources to religious sects and capitalists, is passing the bill to students who organized a protest for the right to hygienic and affordable nutrition.
