Young man falls from Galata Tower and loses his life
At the Galata Tower, 19-year-old Emre K. lost his balance, fell from the tower, and lost his life. Following the incident, police teams cordoned off the area to keep the crowd away, and the young man's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute.
The historic Galata Tower was the scene of a tragic accident. 19-year-old Emre K. had gone to the top to visit the tower, but for reasons yet unknown, he lost his balance and fell from the structure.
Upon notification by witnesses, police and emergency medical teams arrived at the scene. Checks by the teams confirmed that Emre K. had lost his life.
Police teams cordoned off the area and cleared citizens from the scene.
After the teams completed their work at the scene, Emre K.'s body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute.
