YSK Chair: We have completed the election process without any issues
Supreme Election Council (YSK) Chair Ahmet Yener stated, "We have completed another election process without any problems or issues."
Local elections were repeated in the districts of Pınarbaşı in Kayseri, Hilvan in Şanlıurfa, and Güzelyurt in Aksaray, as well as in the towns of Güneykaya in Yıldızeli, Sivas; Büyükkarıştıran in Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli; Akpazarı in Mazgirt, Tunceli; and Sağlık in the central district of Aksaray, where the YSK had decided to renew the local elections.
'MAY IT BE BENEFICIAL FOR TURKISH DEMOCRACY'
Chair Ahmet Yener answered journalists' questions as he was leaving the YSK. Yener said, "Everything is going well for now. There is no problem. We wish for the results to be beneficial to the Turkish people, to Turkish democracy, to our political parties, and to our winning candidates. We have completed another election process without any problems or issues. On behalf of the council, we would also like to thank you, the esteemed members of the press, for your contributions during this process."
