12 properties in 6 provinces belonging to Sümer Holding to be privatized

It has been decided to privatize 12 properties located in 6 provinces belonging to the General Directorate of Sümer Holding AŞ through a sale method. The announcement regarding the matter, prepared by the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, was published in the Official Gazette.

According to the announcement, the properties under privatization are located in Aydın, Bingöl, Çorum, Hatay, Kırıkkale, and Konya. The fee for the tender specifications prepared for the properties has been set at 5 thousand liras.

Temporary guarantee amounts for the tenders will range between 100 thousand liras and 300 thousand liras. Final bids can be submitted until September 6 for the properties in Aydın, and until September 7 for the properties in the other provinces.

The tenders will be conducted through a "bargaining" procedure following the receipt of sealed bids. The process will be concluded as a result of an auction to be held with the participation of the bidders whose bargaining negotiations are continued.

Those who wish to submit a bid must obtain separate tender specifications for each property and submit separate bids. The necessary documents must be delivered by hand to Sümer Holding's address in Etimesgut, Ankara, by 17:00 on the final bid submission date.
