2025 Central Government Budget Law in the Official Gazette: How much funding was allocated to which institution?

The 2025 Central Government Budget Law has been published in the duplicate issue of the Official Gazette, to take effect on January 1, 2025.

Accordingly, 14 trillion 605 billion 800 million 967 thousand liras were allocated to public administrations within the scope of the general budget, 1 trillion 360 billion 241 million 455 thousand liras to administrations with special budgets, and 68 billion 362 million 485 thousand liras to regulatory and supervisory institutions.

General budget revenues were projected at 12 trillion 670 billion 431 million 309 thousand liras. The revenues of administrations with special budgets were calculated as a total of 1 trillion 364 billion 922 million 10 thousand liras, consisting of 103 billion 904 million 532 thousand liras in own revenues and 1 trillion 261 billion 17 million 478 thousand liras in treasury aid; the revenues of regulatory and supervisory institutions were calculated as a total of 68 billion 362 million 485 thousand liras, consisting of 66 billion 810 million 249 thousand liras in own revenues and 1 billion 552 million 236 thousand liras in treasury aid.

The net financing of administrations with special budgets was projected at 197 million 100 thousand liras.

On the other hand, the 2023 Central Government Final Account Law was also published in the duplicate issue of the Official Gazette.
