24.6 percent hike in residential natural gas prices
According to the statement made by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority, there has been a price hike in natural gas.
Natural gas prices have been increased by 24.6 percent.
The following statements were included in the announcement made by EMRA:
Changes have been made to natural gas wholesale prices in line with budget targets.
In light of the BOTAŞ natural gas wholesale prices announced on the BOTAŞ website, there is an average increase of 7.86% for industrial consumers and an average of 24.6% for residential consumers in final natural gas sales prices.
The new tariffs will be effective as of July 2, 2025.
