3 natural gas distribution companies under trusteeship put up for sale
Three natural gas distribution companies, which were placed under trusteeship by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) due to their failure to fulfill their obligations, have been put up for sale.
The tender notices by the EPDK for the sale of Armagaz, Çordaş, and İngaz—companies that provide natural gas distribution services to a total of 425 thousand subscribers in Yalova, Tekirdağ (Çorlu), and the İnegöl district of Bursa, and were placed under trusteeship for failing to pay their debts—were published in the January 28 issue of the Official Gazette.
The dates for the tenders, which will be conducted via auction, will be announced separately by the EPDK.
According to the notice, Armagaz was put up for sale with a minimum price of 1 billion 106.4 million TL. Çordaş was put up for sale with a minimum price of 749.6 million TL, and İngaz with a minimum price of 680.9 million TL.
