It was noted that the wealth of the Türeci-Şahin couple has declined compared to last year. The report stated that the pair held 4 billion euros in assets on the previous list, and their wealth has decreased by approximately 200 million euros this year. The article also highlighted the couple's move to establish a new company named Arife.

Another Turkish name on the list is Hakan Koç, co-founder of the Berlin-based second-hand vehicle trading platform Auto1. Koç, along with the company's other co-founder Christian Bertermann, was ranked 200th with assets of 1.2 billion euros.

THE BOEHRINGER FAMILY IS AT THE TOP

In Manager Magazin's ranking, the top spot went to the Boehringer family, owners of the pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, with a fortune of 66.7 billion euros. Dieter Schwarz, the owner of Lidl, took second place with a fortune of 53.7 billion euros.

While the Merck family placed third with assets of 50.7 billion euros, BMW shareholders Susanne Klatten and Stefan Quandt came in fourth. The Albrecht and Heister families, owners of the Aldi supermarket group, were ranked fifth with total assets of 29 billion euros.
