According to a statement on the EuroLeague organization's website, Ergin Ataman has been fined in connection with events that occurred during the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague playoff quarter-final series against Israel's Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv.
Ataman was fined 30,000 euros for his comments regarding officiating decisions, and an additional 5,000 euros for failing to fulfill his media obligations prior to the second game.
