4 different payment methods determined for 16 Emlak Konut projects in 5 provinces

It has been announced that 4 separate payment methods will be applied at Emlak Konut to stimulate the housing market.

According to the report by Gülistan Alagöz from Hürriyet, Emlak Konut GYO General Manager Cengiz Erdem explained the 4 separate payment conditions in the 'Safe Investment, Safe Future' campaign as follows:

“In the first condition; we offer a 25 percent discount for cash purchases. (A 6 million lira house drops to 4.5 million lira.)

In the second condition; in the sales model with 25 percent down payment and interest-free interim payments, there are interim payments in the 6th, 12th, and 24th months.

In the third condition; half is paid in advance, and the remaining half is paid after 24 months with a 1.29 maturity difference. In other words, we provide the buyer with a 2-year payment-free period opportunity.

In the fourth option; we offer a 25 percent down payment and a 72-month fixed increasing installment opportunity with a 1.29 maturity difference.”
