According to information published by the Eskişehir Trade Registry Directorate, Bora Çelik Eşya ve Mobilya İnşaat Malzemeleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi has been granted a temporary concordat period under the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code. In accordance with the decision of the Eskişehir Civil Court of First Instance, the company has been granted a 3-month temporary grace period, which will continue until January 6, 2026.

Founded in Eskişehir in 1976, Bora Çelik is known as a company specializing in the production of products such as ceramic, stone, marble, door, and mosaic display stands. The company carries out production at its 18,000-square-meter modern facility in Eskişehir using high-tech machinery and an R&D team. It also has a wide sales network across Europe with offices and showrooms in Italy and Spain.

Bora Çelik's concordat request was made with the aim of restructuring its financial obligations to continue its operations. The company's future will become clear in the coming months in line with the decisions of the Eskişehir Civil Court of First Instance.
