70-year-old food giant declares bankruptcy

The canning giant, which has been operating in Turkey for 70 years, has officially declared bankruptcy due to its inability to pay its debts. This bankruptcy follows the finalization of the bankruptcy decision taken by the Tire 1st Civil Court of First Instance, acting as the Commercial Court, on December 7, 2023.
SECOND MEETING FOR CREDITORS ON SEPTEMBER 18
The Tire Enforcement Office, which is managing the liquidation process, has decided that the second creditors' meeting will be held on September 18, 2024, at the Tire Bankruptcy Directorate, due to the finalization of the bankruptcy regarding the insolvent company.
The decision, which reminds creditors whose claims were fully or partially accepted, as well as those whose claims were fully or partially rejected, that they may file a registration acceptance lawsuit and attend the meeting, announced that creditors attending the meeting must be present in person at the meeting venue on the specified day and time or be represented by an authorized proxy.
