SECOND MEETING FOR CREDITORS ON SEPTEMBER 18

The Tire Enforcement Office, which is managing the liquidation process, has decided that the second creditors' meeting will be held on September 18, 2024, at the Tire Bankruptcy Directorate, due to the finalization of the bankruptcy regarding the insolvent company.

The decision, which reminds creditors whose claims were fully or partially accepted, as well as those whose claims were fully or partially rejected, that they may file a registration acceptance lawsuit and attend the meeting, announced that creditors attending the meeting must be present in person at the meeting venue on the specified day and time or be represented by an authorized proxy.
