In his post, Bülbül listed the expenditures allocated from the budget and calculated the difference to determine what the minimum wage and pension amounts should be.

"In the 2024 budget, 2.8 trillion TL was allocated for personnel expenditures. In the 2023 budget, 960 billion TL had been allocated for personnel expenditures.
Personnel expenditures have been increased by three hundred percent. The minimum wage should be 34,200 TL.
The lowest pension should be raised to 22,500 TL."
