Adil Katılım Bankası receives operating license from BRSA
Adil Katılım Bankası has received an operating license from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) to operate in accordance with digital banking principles.
Adil Katılım Bankası is preparing to provide services in the field of digital banking following the operating license granted by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).
This significant decision became official after being published in the Official Gazette. The bank was evaluated within the framework of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and relevant regulations.
The BRSA had previously granted an establishment permit to Adil Katılım Bankası A.Ş. with its decision dated May 23, 2024, and numbered 10914.
Subsequently, it was decided on May 27, 2025, that the bank would be granted an operating license. This development paves the way for the bank to operate in accordance with the principles of digital banking and service model banking.
