Ankara Metropolitan Municipality increases parking fees: Here is the new tariff

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) has now increased parking fees following recent hikes in transportation costs. The new price schedule, covering parking lots operated by BELTAŞ, was approved by a majority vote during the 5th session of the ABB December Assembly Meeting and has entered into force.

With the decision taken, fees have risen in many parking lots across Ankara, with tariffs in central locations particularly drawing attention. Following the latest regulation, parking fees in some areas have reached as high as 250 TL.

NEW TARIFF FOR BELTAŞ PARKING LOTS

The 0-15 minute free parking policy continues in BELTAŞ-affiliated parking lots. However, the fees to be applied if this duration is exceeded have been determined as follows:

0-15 minutes: Free

Up to 2 hours: 100 TL

Between 2-4 hours: 140 TL

4-8 hours and above: 160 TL

ULUS – KIZILAY AND ROADSIDE PARKING TARIFF

In heavily used roadside parking areas, particularly in Ulus and Kızılay, fees have risen to higher levels:

0-15 minutes: Free

Up to 2 hours: 150 TL

Between 2-4 hours: 200 TL

4-8 hours and above: 250 TL

The new tariff covers central points such as Rüzgârlı, the Castle Historical City District, and Necatibey Street. The regulation went into effect following the approval of the decision.
