Another company is going public
The Capital Markets Board has approved the initial public offering of Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı. The price for the offering, which will be carried out through a capital increase and share sale, has been set at 13 TL. The company's free float rate will be 25 percent.
According to the Capital Markets Board's (SPK) bulletin dated December 4, one company has received approval for an initial public offering (IPO).
The SPK has authorized the IPO of Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO).
According to the bulletin published by the SPK last night, the IPO will be conducted through capital increase and share sale methods.
In this context, the company's capital will be increased by 116 million liras to 626 million liras. Additionally, 40.8 million shares owned by existing shareholder Zekeriya Zeray will be offered for sale.
The Zeray GYO IPO price has been set at 13 TL.
If all shares are sold, the IPO size will be approximately 2 billion TL (48 million dollars), and the company's free float rate will reach 25 percent.
