Apple raises prices in Turkey! How much is the cheapest iPhone now?
Due to the impact of the rise in foreign exchange rates, Apple has increased prices for iPhone models and some accessories in Turkey. With the latest price updates, prices across the iPhone series have been pushed upward, and several other Apple products have also been affected by this increase.
Following the detention and arrest of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Apple has increased iPhone prices in Turkey due to the rise in the dollar/euro exchange rate.
According to the new price list, the starting price of the iPhone 16 Pro has risen to 89,999 TL, while the price of the 16 Pro Max has increased to 109,999 TL. The iPhone 16 is now sold with a price tag of 69,999 TL, and the 16 Plus with 79,999 TL.
HOW MUCH IS THE CHEAPEST IPHONE?
The starting price of the iPhone 16e, which was added to the series later, has also become 49,999 TL. Consequently, Apple has implemented price hikes ranging from 4 percent to 10 percent on iPhone models.
NOT JUST IPHONES, APPLE WATCH PRICES ALSO INCREASED
The price increase was not limited to iPhone models. The price of the Apple Watch Series 10 has risen to 19,999 TL, while the Watch Ultra 2 has begun to be offered for sale at 55,999 TL.
On the other hand, no price changes have been made yet in the Mac and iPad categories. However, it is anticipated that if the volatility in the exchange rate continues, these products may also see price hikes.
