Approval for the initial public offerings of Oba Makarnacılık Sanayi and Alves Kablo Sanayi
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has granted approval for the initial public offerings of Oba Makarnacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Alves Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offering applications of Oba Makarnacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 39.24 Turkish liras per share and Alves Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 19.45 Turkish liras per share.
The CMB, which approved the bonus share capital increase application of Bosch Fren Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ amounting to 28 million 136 thousand 683 Turkish liras, also accepted the debt instrument issuance applications of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası for 5 billion Turkish liras, İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 1 billion 500 million Turkish liras, Beyaz Filo Oto Kiralama AŞ for 300 million Turkish liras, Atılım Faktoring AŞ for 75 million Turkish liras, Sarten Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion Turkish liras, Trive Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 292 million 500 thousand Turkish liras, and ICA İçtaş Altyapı Yavuz Sultan Selim Köprüsü ve Kuzey Çevre Otoyolu Yatırım ve İşletme AŞ for 500 million dollars.
ORDERED LEGAL ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
The Board also ruled for an administrative fine of 2 million 24 thousand 168.50 Turkish liras to be imposed on 1 person following an investigation into transactions carried out in the Akın Tekstil AŞ (ATEKS) share market between July 5, 2023, and August 7, 2023, and ordered the necessary legal actions to be taken to block access to 45 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for individuals residing in Turkey.
