Attention prospective homebuyers: The most expensive provinces for housing prices have been revealed
According to the Housing Value Report, the average housing value in Muğla has risen to 11.3 million TL, leaving Istanbul behind at 7.1 million TL.
The latest data on the housing market in Turkey has revealed that the price gap between provinces is becoming more pronounced. According to the Housing Value Report compiled from Emlakjet and Endeksa data, the average square meter sales price across the country has reached 41,703 TL.
The annual nominal price increase in the report was calculated at 23.3 percent. In inflation-adjusted real indicators, signs of a limited recovery were observed on a monthly basis.
MUĞLA IS AT THE TOP
Muğla ranked first in housing value. In the city, the average square meter sales price rose to 87,244 TL, and the average housing value reached 11,341,720 TL. With these figures, Muğla is positioned well above Istanbul.

While the average square meter price in Istanbul was 65,078 TL, the average housing value rose to the level of 7,158,580 TL. It was stated that the average house price in the city has increased nominally by approximately 1.3 million TL over the last year.
In terms of price increases, Ordu stood out among the 30 metropolitan cities. The annual square meter price increase in Ordu was recorded at 32.4 percent. Ordu was also the only city to move into positive territory in real change.
In annual nominal growth, Ordu was followed by Ankara with 28.7 percent and Kocaeli with 28.5 percent. The data showed that housing values remain at high levels, particularly in coastal and metropolitan markets.
