Attention vehicle owners: Double fuel price hike on the way
The rise in Brent crude oil prices has brought expectations of a fuel price hike. An increase of over 1 lira is expected for both gasoline and diesel prices starting from midnight on Saturday.
Fuel prices, which have remained stable in recent weeks, are set to rise again as Brent crude oil climbs to 73 dollars. According to industry sources, following the 44-kuruş hike on autogas last week, gasoline and diesel prices are also set to increase.
With the hike expected to take effect from midnight on Saturday, an increase of over 1 lira is anticipated for both gasoline and diesel prices.
As of July 31, 2025, current prices are as follows:
In Istanbul's Anatolian side, gasoline is 51.21 TL/L, diesel is 52.58 TL/L;
On the European side, gasoline is 51.36 TL/L, diesel is 53.7 TL/L;
In Izmir, gasoline is 52.4 TL/L, diesel is 54.94 TL/L;
In Ankara, gasoline is 52.06 TL/L, and diesel is 54.59 TL/L.
