Bankruptcy lawsuit filed against Reeder: Company announces no court ruling has been issued against it

Reeder has announced that a bankruptcy lawsuit has been filed against it by the opposing party within the scope of a dispute arising from a robotics share purchase agreement. In the company's notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the judicial process regarding the Arbitration Board decision, which lies at the root of the dispute, is ongoing.

According to the statement, Reeder filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of the July 2, 2026, Arbitration Board decision within the scope of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice 43rd Civil Chamber's file numbered 2026/7 E. While this process is ongoing, the opposing party initiated a bankruptcy lawsuit in the Samsun 1st Civil Court of First Instance's file numbered 2026/1923 E., citing the aforementioned Arbitration Board decision as the basis.

The company stated that its legal advisors have expressed the opinion that it would be appropriate to await the outcome of the ongoing litigation in the current situation. Reeder characterized the bankruptcy request as a legal attempt to secure payment before the dispute is finalized.

The statement noted that necessary steps have been taken to protect legal rights against the possibility that a potential payment might not be recoverable in the future. For this reason, Reeder reported that no settlement negotiations have been initiated to resolve the dispute through payment.

The company emphasized that there is no court ruling issued against it regarding the bankruptcy request. It was noted that the principal amount of the receivable subject to the dispute corresponds to approximately 1.22 percent of total assets and approximately 1.59 percent of total equity, according to the consolidated financial statements dated June 30, 2026, and disclosed to the public on September 18, 2026.

Reeder announced that new developments that may arise during the judicial process will be shared with the public within the framework of relevant legislation.
