Beşiktaş Club has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for its decision to increase its capital ceiling to 21.8 billion TL.
Beşiktaş has received approval from the CMB for its decision to increase its capital ceiling from 6 billion TL to 21.8 billion TL. The black-and-white club reported this significant development to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The club's board of directors, in its meeting held on August 15, 2025, decided to increase the existing capital ceiling and set the usage period for the years 2025-2029. In line with this decision, an application was made to the CMB for the amendment of the articles of association. Following the CMB's approval dated August 25, 2025, the necessary applications will also be made to the Ministry of Trade.
Following the receipt of the necessary permits for the capital ceiling increase, Beşiktaş plans to submit the amendments to the articles of association to the shareholders for approval at the first general assembly meeting. This process is being conducted transparently for the public and investors.
