Bread price hike in Ankara following İzmir!
Following İzmir, bread prices have been increased in Ankara. In the capital, the price of a 200-gram loaf of bread will rise to 15 liras starting August 1.
A 20 percent price hike has been applied to bread in Ankara. Ankara Bakers Chamber President Gürsel Alnıaçık stated in his announcement, "As of Friday, August 1, the price of a 200-gram loaf of bread will be 15 liras."
This change will be effective starting tomorrow (August 1).
