Breaking News: ENAG announces March inflation figures

ENAG has announced its inflation data for March.

In March, consumer prices increased by 3.91 percent on a monthly basis and 75.20 percent on an annual basis, according to ENAG.

 

TURKSTAT TO ANNOUNCE AT 10:00 AM

Meanwhile, TURKSTAT, which has lost public credibility with the data it releases, will announce its March inflation figures at 10:00 AM.

Economists participating in the AA Finance Inflation Expectation Survey estimate that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.87 percent in March.

According to the average of March inflation expectations (2.87 percent), economists, who project that annual inflation will decline to 38.66 percent from 39.05 percent the previous month, have set their year-end 2025 inflation expectation at 30.62 percent as of March.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.27 percent on a monthly basis in February, while the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) rose by 2.12 percent; annual inflation was 39.05 percent for consumer prices and 25.21 percent for domestic producer prices.
