State-owned Emlak Katılım has announced that applications have been filed for the acquisition of Katılımevim, Birevim, and İktisat Katılım Bankası.
Emlak Katılım, which is entirely state-owned, has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the necessary applications have been filed for the acquisition of Katılımevim, Birevim, and İktisat Katılım Bankası.
The announcement follows the Capital Markets Board's (SPK) decision to liquidate 131 funds belonging to 7 companies. Following this decision, the status of Katılımevim and Birevim, where Pusula Yatırım Holding is the controlling shareholder, had become a subject of public debate.
With Emlak Katılım's KAP notification, an official step has been taken regarding the transfer process for Katılımevim and Birevim, as well as for İktisat Katılım Bankası.
