The union's proposals for 2026 include a base salary increase of 10,000 TL, a 10 percent welfare share, and a 25 percent raise for the first 6 months. For the second half of the year, a 20 percent salary increase was requested.
One of the notable proposals from Memur-Sen is the provision of a 23,400 TL bonus to public employees for the Ramadan and Eid al-Adha holidays. The union stated that this bonus would support the purchasing power of civil servants and serve as a balancing factor against economic instability.
