Statements came one after another from ministers before the AKP's parliamentary group meeting.

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan said, "There will be work regarding the retirement of housewives."

Responding to the question regarding a mid-year hike for the minimum wage, Işıkhan said, "We are focused on public contracts. I think it is too early to talk about these right now, it is too early."

Işıkhan noted the following:

"We do not have a study for retirees at the moment. We are currently focused on the collective bargaining negotiations for public workers. We do not have a study for retirees at the moment. We will have a study regarding the retirement of women. We will prepare the infrastructure in June and July. We have not clarified the content yet because we need to conduct an analysis."
