The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has revoked the operating license of Mercedes-Benz Finansal Kiralama Türk AŞ due to a company transfer.
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has revoked the operating license of Mercedes-Benz Finansal Kiralama Türk AŞ.
The decision by the BRSA was published in today's issue of the Official Gazette.
The decision stated, "It has been decided to revoke the operating license of Mercedes-Benz Finansal Kiralama Türk AŞ in accordance with Article 50, paragraph (e) of the Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Savings Financing Companies Law No. 6361, as a result of the merger of the aforementioned companies through the transfer of Mercedes-Benz Finansal Kiralama Türk AŞ to Mercedes-Benz Finansman Türk AŞ."
