CMB approves capital increases for 2 companies, blocks access to 51 websites

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the paid-in capital increase applications of 2 companies totaling 3 billion lira, and a bonus issue capital increase application totaling 198 million 628 thousand lira. Meanwhile, access to 51 websites identified as facilitating leveraged trading from abroad has been blocked.

CMB approves capital increases for 2 companies, blocks access to 51 websites

According to the CMB bulletin, the board approved the paid-in capital increase application of Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası for 3 billion lira, the bonus issue capital increase application of Mavi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret for 198 million 628 thousand lira, and the debt instrument issuance application of Bien Yapı Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret for 200 million euros.

The board also approved the private placement capital increase application of Dap Gayrimenkul Geliştirme, corresponding to a total sales revenue of 1 billion 29 million lira.

Following an investigation into transactions conducted in the equity market of Dap Gayrimenkul Geliştirme AŞ (the Company), the CMB decided to impose administrative fines totaling 311 thousand 134 lira on 2 individuals, 155 thousand 567 lira on Pınar Süt Mamülleri Sanayi, and 311 thousand 134 lira on Dyo Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret, and decided to file criminal complaints against the content providers of 7 websites and 11 individuals.

The Board, which decided to file criminal complaints against the owners of 8 telephone lines due to unauthorized capital market activities conducted by allowing their registered lines to be used, also decided to initiate the necessary legal procedures to block access to 51 websites identified as facilitating leveraged trading from abroad for residents in Turkey.
