CMB approves initial public offerings of 2 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings of Özyaşar Tel ve Galvanizleme Sanayi AŞ and Onur Yüksek Teknoloji AŞ.

CMB approves initial public offerings of 2 companies

According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offering of Özyaşar Tel ve Galvanizleme Sanayi AŞ at 28 Turkish Lira per share, and Onur Yüksek Teknoloji AŞ at 49.50 Turkish Lira per share.

The CMB, which approved the 20 million Turkish Lira rights issue of Birko Birleşik Koyunlular Mensucat Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ, as well as the 149 million 750 thousand Turkish Lira bonus issue of Zedur Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ and the 465 million Turkish Lira bonus issue of Sanica Isı Sanayi AŞ, accepted the private placement capital increase applications of Sasa Polyester Sanayi AŞ and Derlüks Yatırım Holding AŞ.

The Board approved the debt instrument issuance applications of Atılım Faktoring AŞ for 50 million Turkish Lira, İş Faktoring AŞ for 1 billion Turkish Lira, QNB Finans Faktoring AŞ for 500 million Turkish Lira, ZİP Finansman AŞ for 40 million Turkish Lira, and Fiba Faktoring AŞ for 325 million Turkish Lira.

The CMB decided to respond positively to the request for permission to establish the Trive Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Trive Venture Capital Investment Fund.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FINES

As a result of an investigation into transactions conducted in the stock market of Plastikkart Akıllı Kart İletişim Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, the CMB ruled to impose an administrative fine of 12 million 707 thousand 856.10 Turkish Lira on 1 person, and decided to file criminal complaints against the owners of 12 phone lines and 12 individuals, as well as 9 separate website content providers, due to unauthorized capital market activities conducted by allowing the use of registered phone lines.

The Board decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 54 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
