CMB approves IPO for one company, blocks access to 38 websites
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of Durukan Şekerleme Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board has approved the initial public offering of Durukan Şekerleme Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 17 lira per share.
The Board also accepted the bonus share issuance applications of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 1.5 billion lira, Bossa Ticaret ve Sanayi İşletmeleri TAŞ for 650 million lira, and Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 500 million lira.
Approval was granted for the debt instrument issuance applications of Deniz Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 4 billion lira, Alnus Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 500 million lira, Doğuş Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret AŞ for 2 billion lira, and İş Faktoring AŞ for 11 billion 590 million lira.
The Board responded positively to the request for the establishment of the 24 Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Uranus Venture Capital Investment Fund and the approval of the issuance certificate for its participation shares.
ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS
Following an investigation into transactions conducted in the share market of PC İletişim ve Medya Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ between 28.07.2023 and 31.07.2023, the CMB imposed a total of 6 million 865 thousand 366 lira in administrative fines on 5 individuals.
As a result of investigations conducted under Law No. 6362 and related legislation, the CMB decided to impose a total of 692 thousand 51 lira in administrative fines on 3 legal entities, while also ruling for criminal complaints to be filed against 3 websites and 3 individuals.
In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, it was decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 38 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for persons residing in Turkey.
