CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the IPO prospectuses for 2 companies and the bonus share capital increase application for 1 company.
In the bulletin published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), approval was granted for the IPOs of Seğmen Kardeşler Gıda and Efor Çay, as well as the 646 percent bonus share capital increase for Çan2 Termik AŞ.
Seğmen Kardeşler Gıda Üretim ve Ambalaj Sanayi AŞ will collect demands at 30.00 TL.
Efor Çay Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ will collect demands at 14.50 TL.

Approval was granted for the 646 percent bonus share capital increase of Çan2 Termik AŞ.
The current capital of Çan2 Termik AŞ has increased from 938,116,902.57 TL to 7,000,000,000.00 TL.
