CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies, blocks access to 26 websites

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Balsu Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Bulls Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ.

CMB approves IPOs for 2 companies, blocks access to 26 websites

The Capital Markets Board has approved the IPOs of 2 companies.

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the IPO applications of Balsu Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 17.57 Turkish liras per share and Bulls Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ at 12.18 Turkish liras per share.

Approval was granted for the bonus share capital increases of Global Yatırım Holding AŞ for 1 billion 300 million Turkish liras and EYG Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 500 million Turkish liras, as well as the paid capital increase of Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 4 billion 500 million Turkish liras.

The Board authorized the debt instrument issuance applications of Ereğli Tekstil Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 4 billion Turkish liras, Yükselen Çelik AŞ for 1 billion 500 million Turkish liras, Atılım Faktoring AŞ for 192 million 800 thousand Turkish liras, Eko Faktoring AŞ for 125 million Turkish liras, Aygaz AŞ for 3 billion Turkish liras, Ziraat Bankası for 60 billion Turkish liras, Ünlü Yatırım Holding AŞ for 1 billion Turkish liras, and Quick Finansman AŞ for 900 million Turkish liras.

While the request by Katılım Emeklilik ve Hayat AŞ to establish the "Katılım Emeklilik ve Hayat AŞ Participation Fund Basket Pension Investment Fund" and the "Katılım Emeklilik ve Hayat AŞ Technology Sector Participation Pension Investment Fund" was approved, permission was also granted for the establishment of Koray Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, a venture capital investment trust with an initial capital of 300 million Turkish liras within a registered capital ceiling of 1 billion 500 million Turkish liras.

ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND ACCESS BLOCKING DECISIONS

The CMB imposed administrative fines of 311 thousand 134 Turkish liras on QNB Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, 493 thousand 22 Turkish liras on Bilici Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 1 million 944 thousand 578 Turkish liras on Ahlatcı Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, and 466 thousand 701 Turkish liras on Global Kitle Fonlama Platformu AŞ.

The Board decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 26 websites identified as providing unauthorized crypto asset services to residents in Turkey and facilitating leveraged trading from abroad.
