CMB approves IPOs for 4 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Albayrak Hazır Beton, Masfen Enerji, Metgün Enerji Yatırımları, and Kardemir Çelik.

CMB approves IPOs for 4 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the IPO applications of four companies in its weekly bulletin. According to the Board's decision, shares of Albayrak Hazır Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Masfen Enerji AŞ, Metgün Enerji Yatırımları AŞ, and Kardemir Çelik Sanayi AŞ will be offered to the public for trading on the stock exchange.

According to the information in the bulletin, the IPO price for Albayrak Hazır Beton has been set at 38.60 liras, Masfen Enerji at 45.68 liras, Metgün Enerji Yatırımları at 20 liras, and Kardemir Çelik at 35 liras.

The CMB also finalized capital increase applications for several companies. A 100 million lira paid-in capital increase for Şeker Finansal Kiralama AŞ was approved, while a 1 billion lira capital increase from profit shares for Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ and a 170 million lira capital increase from internal resources for Bereket Emeklilik ve Hayat AŞ were also deemed appropriate.

DEBT INSTRUMENT AND FUND DECISIONS

The Board authorized debt instrument issuance applications amounting to 5 billion liras for Mavi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 3 billion liras for TV8 TV Yayıncılık AŞ, 6 billion 500 million liras for Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, 70 billion liras for İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, and 8 billion 420 million liras for Mercedes Benz Kamyon Finansman AŞ. A 5 billion dollar debt instrument issuance by Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ was also among the approved applications.

The Board also approved the lease certificate and asset-backed security (VİDMK) issuance applications of 5 billion liras for Emlak Katılım Varlık Kiralama AŞ and 1 billion liras for Hedef Varlık Kiralama AŞ.

The CMB also announced its decisions regarding the establishment of new funds. The establishment of model portfolio equity-intensive exchange-traded funds based on the BIST 100 and BIST Participation 100 indices under İş Portföy and Ziraat Portföy was approved. The establishment of equity umbrella funds for Metro Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and Statech Portföy Yönetimi AŞ was also permitted.

The bulletin also included enforcement decisions. Following an investigation into İntegral Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, it was decided to impose an administrative fine of 2 million 394 thousand 915 liras on the company.

The Board announced that it would file criminal complaints against the content providers of websites with the extensions "Forex Borsa" and "Future Forex," as well as the mobile application named "Future Forex," on the grounds of unauthorized capital market activities. The CMB also decided to file criminal complaints against 20 individuals and those who provided certain phone numbers for various violations.

The CMB also announced that legal proceedings would be initiated to block access to certain websites and a social media account that mimics the title "Dinamik Menkul Değerler" in order to prevent unauthorized activities and protect the rights and interests of investors.
