CMB approves two initial public offerings

The Board has approved the initial public offerings of Şa-Ra Enerji at 70 TL per share and Saat ve Saat at 56 TL per share; it also authorized numerous debt instrument issuance applications.

CMB approves two initial public offerings

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) applications of Şa-Ra Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ and Saat ve Saat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.

According to the Board's decision, shares of Şa-Ra Enerji will be offered to the public at 70 liras, while shares of Saat ve Saat will be offered at 56 liras.

The CMB also approved the application by SASA Polyester Sanayi AŞ for a private placement capital increase of approximately 5.5 billion liras.

The Board also authorized debt instrument issuance applications for numerous companies. Among the approved applications are issuances of 1.8 billion liras by Marbaş Menkul Değerler, 2 billion liras by Alnus Yatırım Menkul Değerler, and 12 billion liras by Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler.

Debt instrument applications were also approved for Tam Finans Faktoring for 5 billion 356 million 800 thousand liras, Erciyas Çelik Boru for 2.5 billion liras, Egeyapı Avrupa GYO for 1.5 billion liras, Kaleseramik for 3 billion liras, and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası for 50 billion liras.

Applications were authorized for Aktif Yatırım Bankası for 35 billion liras and 120 million euros, Destek Yatırım Bankası for 750 million liras and 62.5 million dollars, QNB Bank for 1 billion dollars, and Şekerbank for 350 million dollars.

On the side of lease certificates and asset-backed securities, applications were approved for DK Varlık Kiralama for 500 million liras, Katılım Varlık Kiralama for 1 billion liras, and Pasha Yatırım Bankası AŞ Worqcompany Asset Finance Fund for 1.5 billion liras.
