CMB imposes 6-month temporary trading ban on 4 individuals
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on 4 individuals.
In its bulletin, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced that a 6-month temporary trading ban has been imposed on 4 individuals regarding transactions carried out in the Euro Kapital Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (EUKYO) and Avrasya Petrol ve Turistik Tesisler Yatırımlar AŞ (AVTUR) equity markets, as well as posts made on social media.
Accordingly, in accordance with articles 5/1 and 6/1 of the Communiqué on Measures to be Applied in Market Abuse and Market Fraud Investigations, a temporary trading ban will be applied to Hasan Güner, Aydın Koçyiğit, Kevser Fırat, and Fırat Fırat, effective from tomorrow.
