The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on 8 individuals.
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on 8 individuals regarding transactions carried out in the Trend Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (TDGYO) equity market.
In the CMB bulletin, it was announced that penal actions were taken regarding transactions in the TDGYO equity market and posts made on social media.
Accordingly, in accordance with articles 5/1 and 6/1 of the Communiqué on Measures to be Implemented in Insider Trading and Market Manipulation Investigations, a 6-month temporary trading ban will be applied on stock exchanges starting from tomorrow for Altun Kanat, Emre Kanat, Hüseyin Umut Çalışkan, Murat Tektaş, Mustafa Cem Pehlivan, Nuran Özden, Serdar Gece, and Vedat Orhan Özcan.
