Coca-Cola, the protagonist of the boycott against Israel, means Anadolu Group, and Anadolu Group is one of the major shareholders of Togg

Coca-Cola, which has been among the top brands on the boycott list in Turkey for some time, saw its high profit in the 2023 third-quarter financial report reveal that it was not affected by the boycott during this process.

It was also at the center of protests in Pakistan, where one of Coca-Cola's significant production centers is located. Coca-Cola, which is constantly at the center of debates, also ranks high on the agenda of the Netanyahu government regarding judicial decisions.

THY REMOVED IT

While municipalities and companies have been making statements one after another in recent days, Turkish Airlines (THY) recently announced that Israeli-origin products will no longer be sold in its lounges, following the removal from its CIP lounges.

THY removed Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Cappy products, replacing them with domestic beverage brands. However, THY has not yet made a decision regarding products on its aircraft.

SO DOES COCA-COLA SUPPORT ISRAEL? WHO DOES THE COMPANY ACTUALLY BELONG TO?

CCOLA, which is traded on Borsa Istanbul, has Anadolu Group as the main partner of its structure in Turkey; furthermore, it holds a 23 percent stake in our national automobile, Togg, as one of the "founding fathers" producing it.

Coca-Cola is a publicly traded company globally, and its 10 largest investors are major banks and funds... 46 percent of the company is held by its 25 largest shareholders.

It is observed that the individuals on the company's board of directors, as listed on its website, are predominantly from the finance sector. While the people on the board are mostly American, when looking at their national identities, there are also British, Spanish, and Dutch members, but no Israeli individuals appear to be present.
