Commercial rent increase rate for March has been announced
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation data for February. With the release of the February inflation figures, the rent increase rate to be applied to commercial properties has been recorded at 55.91 percent.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation data for February. Accordingly, inflation increased by 4.53 percent in February compared to the previous month, and reached 67.07 percent on an annual basis.
INCREASE OBSERVED COMPARED TO LAST MONTH
With the announcement of the February inflation, the rent increase rate for commercial properties has also been determined. The rent hike for commercial properties has been set at 55.91 percent. Last month, the increase rate was 54.72 percent.
