Competition investigation launched into Dyson
The Competition Board has launched an investigation to determine whether Dyson has violated competition laws.
The Turkish Competition Authority has decided to open an investigation into the renowned technology company Dyson. This step was taken following preliminary research to determine whether Dyson has violated the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054.
According to the statement from the Competition Authority, it was determined that Dyson engaged in practices aimed at preventing parallel imports. Furthermore, it was noted that the company may have taken steps that constitute interference with resale conditions. Such practices are being examined carefully as they may negatively affect market competition and harm consumer rights.
During the investigation process, Dyson's activities in the Turkish market will be evaluated in detail.
