According to data released by the platform, complaints increased by 195 percent in November compared to the previous month. When comparing the first 11 months of 2022 with the same period in 2023, it was observed that complaints rose by 21 percent.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT COMBI BOILERS PEAKED IN NOVEMBER
According to the data, when comparing the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November of 2022 with the same period in 2023, the rate of complaints in the combi boiler sector increased by 21 percent. According to the statement, the number of complaints, which was 442 in October 2023, rose to 1,315 in November, marking a 195 percent increase.
