Compulsory traffic insurance premiums to increase by 10 percent

According to the circular, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 11 of the Provisional Article of the Regulation on Tariff Application Principles for Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance for Highway Motor Vehicles, published in the Official Gazette dated 14/7/2007 and numbered 26582, the base premiums applied according to vehicle group and usage type in January 2024 will be increased by 10 percent and applied for February 2024.
This change will be effective as of February 1, 2024, and the provisions of the Circular will be executed by the President of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency.
