TÜVTÜRK has warned vehicle owners to be cautious against misleading services offered through unofficial websites and various digital platforms. The company stated that vehicle inspection appointments can only be created through official channels and are free of charge.
According to the statement, vehicle owners can book their appointments via TÜVTÜRK's official website, call center, station kiosks, or the e-Government Gateway (e-Devlet). No fees are requested for these transactions during the appointment process.
The company emphasized that the internet address used and the communication channel consulted should be checked before performing any transactions. It requested that payment demands sent via phone, SMS, email, or other digital platforms under the guise of vehicle inspection appointments or inspection fees should be ignored.
TÜVTÜRK stated that it is important for vehicle owners who encounter such attempts to report the situation to the company or the relevant authorities.
Serving across Turkey with 219 fixed, 7 motorcycle, 75 mobile, and 19 mobile tractor stations, TÜVTÜRK also announced that it has no cooperation with any other platform regarding vehicle inspection appointment services.
