The date is set: Discount on diesel is on the way
Fluctuations in the Brent crude oil market continue to cause volatility in gasoline, diesel, and LPG prices. A reduction of 2.44 Turkish Liras per liter of diesel is expected to be implemented.
Price changes in Brent crude oil, fluctuations in exchange rates, and tax-related adjustments continue to be reflected in fuel tariffs as occasional discounts and price hikes.
A new discount is expected for diesel, one of the fuel categories.
It is estimated that a discount of 2.44 liras will be applied to the diesel group, effective as of tomorrow.
Following the discount, the retail price per liter of diesel is projected to drop to 59.47 liras in Istanbul, 60.50 liras in Ankara, and 60.84 liras in Izmir.
IT HAD EXCEEDED 60 LIRAS
Following the 1.78 lira price hike implemented on November 20, the price of diesel had surpassed the 60 lira level.
