The "Communiqué on the Extension of the Period for Increasing the Capital of Joint-Stock and Limited Liability Companies to New Minimum Amounts," prepared by the Ministry of Trade, has been published in the Official Gazette.
With this regulation, the period granted for capital increases to joint-stock and limited liability companies whose capital remains below the new minimum amounts determined under the Turkish Commercial Code has been extended.
