Decision from Yapı Kredi: 2023 dividend distribution to be submitted to the board
Yapı Kredi Bank has announced that it will submit a proposal to the General Assembly to distribute a net dividend of 1.0868 TL per share from its 2023 profits.
Yapı Kredi Bank will submit a proposal to the General Assembly to pay a net cash dividend of 1.0868762 TL per share for the 2023 fiscal year. In a statement made by the bank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the dividend distribution date of April 5, 2024, will be submitted for General Assembly approval.
WILL PAY CASH DIVIDEND
From the net distributable period profit of 68 billion lira, a total of 10 billion 201 million lira in cash dividends will be paid to shareholders, consisting of a first dividend of 422 million 352 thousand lira and a second dividend of 9 billion 778 million lira.
The bank's General Assembly meeting will be held on March 29. 977 million lira will be set aside as general legal reserves.
