The prices determined for tomorrow in the spot electricity market show a notable fluctuation. According to data from Energy Markets Operation Inc. (EPİAŞ), the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity has been set at a maximum of 3,400 liras and a minimum of 42 kurus.
Today, the trading volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 47.6 percent compared to the previous day, falling to 878 million 933 thousand 408 liras. In the day-ahead market, electricity prices were recorded at a maximum of 3,400 liras between 19:00 and 21:00, while the lowest price was recorded at 42 kurus at 11:00.
Furthermore, in the day-ahead market, the arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was calculated at 1,483 liras and 26 kurus, while the weighted average price was 1,488 liras and 2 kurus. Today, in the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity reached a maximum of 3,400 liras and a minimum of 1,374 liras and 69 kurus.
