• 1 Million TL Loan / 120-Month Maturity: Monthly installment 30 thousand 215 TL, total repayment 3 million 679 thousand 268 TL.
• 1.5 Million TL Loan / 120-Month Maturity: Monthly installment 45 thousand 644 TL, total repayment 5 million 507 thousand 523 TL.

According to data from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), the volume of housing loans reached 569 billion 420 million TL in the week of May 16. An increase of approximately 2.76 billion TL was recorded compared to the previous week.

According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), 118 thousand 359 houses were sold across Turkey in April. Of these sales, 17 thousand 465 were mortgaged housing sales, accounting for 14.8% of total sales.
